We will gladly create custom products. Please ask questions about customization prior to purchasing an item. Many customizations can be done with little or no additional charges; however, some may require additional expense or may not be possible to create. To increase your satisfaction, we prefer to have your approval on a custom design prior to purchase.
We ship most items within 72 hours (& much sooner in most cases) of when payment is received. We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service.
JaSt Graphics is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), return it/them within seven (7) days of receiving it/them for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges). JaSt Graphics does not give partial refunds.
